Interesting ginger for Thai people
Thai people and herbs are considered to belong together. The most popular herb is ginger. It is a popular herb used in cooking or used boil and drink as a herbal drink. It is also used to make herbal medicine to treat diseases according to Thai traditional medicine. Because of the Thai traditional view that Ginger has a spicy taste. Helps nourish the elements, expels gas, relieves flatulence,relieves nausea and vomiting. When drinking, it will warm the body.
Ginger, the scientific name is Zingiber officinale Roscoe, contains important active substances gingerol, shogaol and other substances. Old ginger that is 1 year old or older should be harvested to get the most important substances.

Precautions

Adverse reactions
There may be a burning sensation in the digestive tract. Irritation around the mouth and throat. Patients sensitive to ginger may develop to dermatitis.
