Causes of heatstroke

3. You may wipe yourself with a cloth soaked in cold water or use ice packs to place on the head, neck, armpits, and groin.
4. Use a cold water spray or put the patient in a cold bathtub while waiting for the ambulance.

How to prevent heatstroke
