Properties:

Directions:
- Relieve flatulence, expel tightness, and colic
- Take 1-2 capsules 4 times a day after meals and before bedtime.
- Prevent and relieve nausea and vomiting from motion sickness, seasickness by taking 2-4 capsules 30 minutes - 1 hours before traveling or when you have symtoms
- To prevent nausea and vomiting after surgery, take 2 capsules 1 hour before surgery
